Avenue Investment Management is committed to aligning its interests with those of its clients. Since the founding of our firm we have offered our clients an innovative fee structure which includes appropriate management fees and performance-related fee reductions or enhancements.

Portfolio Fee Structure

The Avenue Bond Portfolio’s management fee is 0.80% of assets under management.

The Avenue Total Return Equity Portfolio’s management fee is 1.5% of assets under management +/- applicable Management Fee reductions or Performance Fee.

There are no deferred sales charges or front load fees which are payable by our clients.

All performance fees are net of fees
(i.e. trading commissions etc.)

Note:  For Equity Portfolios under $500,000, the management fee
is 2.0% of assets under management.
